How long until I get a response?
We typically respond to every contact request within 24 business hours, often within 4 to 6 hours for requests received during weekdays. For a free discovery call, we usually offer slots within the following week. If your project is urgent (campaign launch, seasonal event, decision window), mention it in your message — we prioritize requests with a clear timeline. You'll receive an immediate confirmation of your submission by email, and a human (not a bot) will follow up with next steps.
What are your typical rates?
AI solutions at OGS start at $100 per month (subscription) with setup fees from $1,500, and can scale to $1,000 per month with setup fees up to $15,000 for complex custom projects with multiple integrations. Pricing depends on your actual operation: conversation volume, required integrations, level of customization. We never charge for features you don't need. A detailed pricing grid is in preparation; meanwhile, we provide a precise estimate during the discovery call — no commitment and no sales pressure.
What is a free discovery call?
A discovery call at OGS lasts about 30 minutes with no commitment. We discuss your current operation, the tasks that take the most time from your team, and the friction points slowing your growth. By the end of the call, you leave with a concrete recommendation: either we identify a clear opportunity with a cost and timeline estimate, or we tell you honestly that AI isn't the right tool for your current situation. No sales pressure, no commitment — the goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of whether (and how) AI can help your SMB.
Do you serve businesses outside Montreal — or outside Quebec?
Yes — we serve businesses across Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally, in French and English, remotely. Based in the Montreal area, our solutions are deployed and supported entirely online — discovery calls, planning, deployment, training, and ongoing support can all happen remotely, no matter where you are. We work with clients in Quebec City, Sherbrooke, Trois-Rivières, Gatineau, as well as more remote regions like Beauce, Estrie, and Saguenay — and we welcome projects from outside Quebec whenever AI can genuinely help your operation. For clients who prefer an in-person meeting, travel can be arranged based on the project.
What does the process look like once we decide to work together?
Our process follows four clear steps. The first is analysis: we spend about a week understanding your operation with you — mapping repetitive tasks, identifying friction points, inventorying your existing tools. Then comes design, with bilateral validation at every milestone: no "black box" delivered at the end. Then development and bilingual FR/EN testing. Finally deployment, with team training and active support during the first weeks. After launch, we offer ongoing follow-up to adjust the solution to your evolving operation.
